My favourite coffee place when I visit Waterloo. Excellent coffee, toasties, breakfasts, freshly made soup, cakes and pastries. Friendly service and the food never takes long to arrive. Good location with free parking on the road, and easy access to the beach.

A gang of us were waiting outside for this cafe to open at 9.30, Sunday. There were people mulling around inside who must have noticed the people waiting outside. With no signs of this place opening by (almost 9.40) we went elsewhere. We were hoping for better things from this place. What a disappointment. *BTW. We walked less than a minute up the road and went to a place call 'Sunny Beach' that was open, had great hospitality, and AMAZING food. Will be returning here!

Ordered a pot of tea and scrambled eggs on toast. Food tasted lovely and bread tasted fresh, didn't like the scrambled eggs coming on the toast as it turns the toast soggy but that's just personal preference. Little disappointed the tea arrived after the food did but that's only a little nit pick. Overall it was lovely and I'll definitely be back!

This cafe is dog friendly. Popped in for a cuppa with my dog. Nice friendly welcome. Tea was lovely! Loved the music too! But on leaving I noticed at the end of the building there was an alarming amount of black bin bags and rubbish piled up - almost to the roof of the cafe. Not an encouraging thing to see given that there's food served here.
