Waited nearly 30-40 minutes for a simple breakfast meal, everyone running around like they got a million things to do but no one’s getting handed any food for ages at a time? Only one doing any work was the manager with tats on Can just about bite into my hash brown

Absolutely awful experience, and unfortunately it’s the same every time I visit. The opening hours seem completely inconsistent. Time and time again I arrive only to find the restaurant closed, yet the app still shows it as open. If you’re not going to open when advertised, at least update your customers instead of wasting their time and fuel. Today I’m sitting in the car park because the system is apparently down, which I appreciate can happen. However, my order is still showing on the screen, the doors have been shut without any announcement or explanation, and the staff are simply sitting

Go to a different McDonald's!!! Ordered a philly cheese stack. Served without the cheddar sauce (the whole point), was then told they didn't have any. Also had a McCrispy and it was rubbery from being under the heater too long. Chips were cold. The staff were swearing at each other and mucking about so small wonder the service was shit.

I'm NOT lovin' it! Fries are always cold, stale like they've been sitting on a gentle heat for days. Burgers are always sloppy, like they've been thrown together. The sauce is on one end of the patty. There is always more lettuce in the box than IN the burger. WASTE OF MONEY and in no ways a treat. This is the last time I ever by from this location. The only good thing is the staff are at least friendly.
