I love this costa. It’s never too busy but not too dead either. I had a tuna melt panini and cappuccino - both were great. Wouldn’t give it 5 stars just because the sofa was full of crumbs and the cafe was empty enough for the staff to notice and clean it. Overall a good experience though. Total came up to £8.35.

Extremely bad customer service from a lady named Maria. Was in need of the toilet and asked to buy one of Costa’s shortbreads The staff member was very blunt and said I had to pay before entering the toilet to insinuate I was going to walk out without paying which is absolutely absurd. The toilet then took too long and was locked for quite a while, at this point I had enough as the staff were very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I asked for a refund from Maria and she said “no you can’t get a refund” 10 times where I had to battle to refund a product I had not even opened then conveniently g

A favourite local branch for coffee and sometimes treats and snacks! This time I popped in with my preschooler for a post vaccine treat. Great flat white & yummy banana and pecan loaf, my son also enjoyed his babyccino of course! Nice and relaxed here with plenty of space to sit down and friendly staff!

Lovely coffee but the service wasn’t great, a smile would be nice esp for the price of the coffee. I don’t know what’s wrong with the barrister with the glasses she just looked so fed up
