Praz★We had a very disappointing experience. We booked through the website but never received a confirmation, so we went in person to see if we could still get a table. We were told to sit anywhere without a reservation, even though we arrived at 14:30 and there were several tables reserved for much later (around 7 pm) that could have been offered to us. Instead, we were placed at a high table, which was far from ideal—especially as we were with children. The service was extremely slow. After waiting 45 minutes with no food, I had to remind staff, asking at least for the kids’ meals. A couple of

Whenever I come in after work, I am always welcomed by a huge smile from Katja or Madeline and I’m sorted out with my drink of choice poured to perfection! It was so reasonably priced, Excellent value. and we all enjoyed our food. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Nicole I think her name was. Her name began with an N! she sorted us out she bought a cake out that we had provided and had the candles lit and brought it to the table where we sang happy birthday. Three of us ordered the fisherman's platter, having enjoyed it on previous visits. Unfortunately on this occasion, the pieces of fish were all rather over cooked The batter coating was way too crunchy. So much so, that one of our guests managed to lose a temporary filling.
