Yeah it’s not a good store bread was not fresh very dry and stale the customer service was terrible lady kept asking me what I wanted even though I told her clearly I had to keep repeating what I wanted no language barrier just she wasn’t engaged or listening this was all before the salad then I asked for crispy onion she shook the container which I could tell had hardly anything in it there was a few specks of onion I said oh u really shouldn’t of bothered as hardly anything has come out just being light hearted the response was oh some people don’t like loads but when I got home the sandwich

I visited this Subway while traveling in the UK, and I was genuinely impressed. As a foreigner, I really appreciated how kind and patient the staff were while I figured out the menu. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients tasted fresh, and my sandwich was made perfectly. Overall, such a welcoming experience and definitely one of the best quick meals I had during my trip!

I stop here oftenly before going to work. The only reason I come here if because it’s convenient to me. Staff here is extremely rude. Especially the girl with a mole, she never wears a batch so don’t know her name. They speak way too arrogantly. Don’t reply on your Thankyou and all. Make crazy faces if ask for sides little late. They look way too unhappy at their jobs. I feel like subway should hire staff who really knows the values of customer service. Or maybe the owners should teach them how to speak to their customers.

After 3 years of buying tuna subs this place does the worst. A smear of tuna on the sub and 6 pieces of sweetcorn. Poor quantity and overall poor quality for a pricey meal. Called to inform them and was met with arrogance and told they could check the CCTV instead of apologising in some way to the customer.
