The KFC staff should be trained that almost every meal is usually served with chicken and fries. We ordered a 14 bucket sharer bucket with fries and you forgot the fries... £64 order it was. Will try out Bexleyheath from now on to see if they remember what KFC is about. Added receipt, maybe for head office/operations. Fries is not explicitly listed in the physical receipt print out. However, fries is listed in my e-receipt. KFC staff not trained that bargain bucket comes with fries.

Had KFC with my girlfriend today. I had 10 wings meal, wrap and large gravy. She had a Zinger burger meal. Food came in 1 minute (nice quick service). Food tasted fresh and hot. One of the best KFC experiences i’ve had

Waited for the order 25mins no apology nothing just rushed and thrown the bag, no manners at all from the manager . The lady who saved before at 22:25 given someone two pack of gravy and popcorn for free for someone she knows I dont know how this kfc works, it used to be in good hands before dont know what happened now After the last review i thought something would have changed but look at the wings i bought today nothing changed

Came in today with my children, while ordering my blood sugars dropped dramatically to 2.4. All their drinks are sugar free. I explained to the man and women behind the counter that I was a diabetic and needed some sugar and water and went on to show them my diabetic pod on my leg, he assured me that I didn’t need to prove anything and asked me how many sugars I wanted. I sat down and waited for my sugars to get back to a safe level and then carried on with my order. I thanked them and they said it was their pleasure to help me and to never worry.
