You do have to book if your wanting the carvery on a Sunday. Which my boyfriend did. The roast beef was beautiful, i should have had a double meats. Which I will next time. Food was lovely and hot. We shall will be back.

The last time I went to The Miller was back in 2015. Yesterday I ordered the 16oz sirloin steak with a Belgian waffle and both were outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare and was thick, tender, juicy and full of flavour. It was served with crispy fries, fresh peas and creamy coleslaw, all of which were spot on. I added a peppercorn sauce which was also just right. The Belgian waffle was warm and came with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, bringing the perfect balance of sweetness to round off the meal. Lots of spaces to park although it seems to still get full. A garden out the back with a few children's play items. It gets very busy so it's better to book. You can do this online.. Come through the front door and wait to be seated. The waitress will then take your order, and if its carvery you get called up to the counter. I had a superb 16oz rump steak last night! A really decent piece of meat with very little fat & no gristle, cooked to perfection. I’ve had worse fillets! Served with chips and salad and all really well presented. Staff and atmosphere as great as usual.
