The staff members seriously need proper customer service training. They don’t know how to deal with customers and make people feel unwelcome, as if they are driving customers away instead of serving them. Today, I ordered a quarter roasted chicken and even pointed to the roasted one inside the rotisserie machine. However, I was instead given this burnt grilled thigh. It was very disappointing, especially since I clearly specified what I wanted. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully and served the correct order with care and professionalism.

Ordered fish and chips, waited for 15 minutes. He charged me £5 stating that fish is small. Once i got home, opened up the parcel and the fish is like the size of 2 fish fingers. I was passing by so i bought it, will never be buying again. Such a scam!!!! I basically paid a fiver for chips.🤦🏼‍♀️

Extremely dirty place, mold smell hits you from the entrance, staff doesn't respect any hygiene rules, no gloves no hair protection, kitchen Extremely dirty, they keep the raw meat in a rusty container, this is unbelievable, this place is India and Bangladesh standards, don't eat there you will end up sick. One star is too much for this dirty place. In Italy will be close and owner prosecuted.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was blatantly overcharged for my order and when I came back to question it, the staff were rude, dismissive and outright dishonest. Even after I calculated the prices in front of them and showed the clear discrepancy, they refused to admit it and instead accused me of lying. It was obvious they knew they were in the wrong but chose to double down rather than take any responsibility. The level of disrespect was shocking. To make matters worse, the food itself was completely mediocre and nowhere near worth the inflated price. There are far better places to eat
