We visited Palm Beach Restaurant as a family of 7, including kids, and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and perfect for families. The staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful, especially with the children. The food was delicious, fresh, and served nicely. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. It’s a great place for family dining, and we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. Highly recommend for anyone visiting with family. We will definitely come back again!

The food here is genuinely delicious, no doubt about that! The flavors are spot-on, and it's easy to see why this place is so popular and always crowded. Unfortunately, the service really let us down during our visit. We waited a long time for a table (which is expected when it's busy), but once seated, the staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't pay close attention to our order. I clearly asked twice (and emphasized strongly) to avoid mutton in the fried rice due to dietary preferences, but it still came with mutton anyway. That was disappointing. On top of that, getting the bill took over 20–3
