We visited last month and were served by Cristian who was brilliant throughout. Usually when we visit, the staff don't ask if we would also like to see the set menu but Cristian did, and that was a welcomed change. He also kept checking up on us and other tables, and we felt very looked after. Food-wise, we did have to send our starter back as it was, unfortunately, burnt, but the replacement was more than satisfactory, and our mains were also of very high standard. The pasta crisps are always a nice touch, as was the hot chocolate shot - all very lovely.

First time ever being in London, my mom found this place right next to our hotel. We decided hey, let’s try it out. A man named Ricky greeted us as soon as we got there, funny enough, he had also just gotten there. His attitude was amazing, reminded me of an old friend of mine, and made me smile. The entire atmosphere of the place is amazing — great food, great music, great people, great vibes. Excellent service from Nerija on our first ever visit to a Zizzi. We were in the Wembley London Designer Outlet restaurant on Friday 10th April. I have coeliac disease & required gluten free options from your menu. She was very knowledgeable & helpful & also made me feel at ease eating in your restaurant. The food was amazing as were the cocktails, so much so that we returned again on Saturday 11th. We were visiting London for the weekend from Glasgow.

Firstly, the food was great. What let our visit down was the service. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, but the staff seemed short-handed. About 20 minutes after we ordered, a server brought food to our table that wasn’t ours. When we told her it wasn’t our order, she rolled her eyes and walked off, then returned and gave the food to the next table. It didn’t feel very professional. The food itself was tasty, but the toppings looked a bit lacking compared to what we usually get. Overall, we won’t be returning.
