This place is great I love the service, very friendly and helpful. Caramel iced latte is so good and the food I have tried so far also very tasty. Had a cheese croissant one time and brown toast on another was very good bread. I will be coming here again whenever I get chance.

I came here on a Monday around noon and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I ordered a cappuccino and an English breakfast, and somehow they managed to mess up both. The coffee was genuinely terrible — I had to send it back twice, and even then it still tasted wrong. How hard is it to make a basic cappuccino? The English breakfast was just as bad. It showed up missing items, which is honestly embarrassing for a place that claims to serve it. When I tried to sort it out, the middle-aged woman who seems to be the owner was unbelievably rude and dismissive, like I was the problem
