Customer care staff are extremely friendly and helpful, made sure we had sauces and salt. When our food came it was all fresh and for the ones in our family who had allergies were taken into consideration when making the food, there was no need to ask them to replace anything.

The item I ordered, as stated on the receipt, was what was shown in the photo (not what I ordered). I messaged Uber and they said they would give me a refund of £7.44. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't do anything, that they would refund £7.44 (and what wasn't delivered will cost me £24.78). This isn't the first time they've sent the wrong thing; it's very bad, and I suffered a loss.

Why do you rip me off and underfill my drink everytime i ask for no ice, I paid for 400ml every time i get less. I hope your paying your employees a bonus from all the pennies your pinching from everyone who doesnt like ice??

We ordered from Just Eat tonight. The wait time wasn't too bad. Our order showed as delivered even though we not received our order. I thought the drivers have to ask for a number before they hand the order over. I phoned the Macdonalds and was told there is nothing they can do as our order was from just eat. It's disgusting that the girl on the phone wouldn't help with getting a replacement order sent to us. I won't be ordering from them again.
