Excellent, from the welcoming smile to the served product, fish-of-the-day advertised as South Pacific Hoki, similar to cod and less expensive. Properly cooked in a succulent batter, served with freshly made chunky chips soft and fluffy insides and a not too crispy outside, and as chips should be, hot. And providing much needed jobs for local youngsters to get their feet on the jobs ladder to gain employment experience. Well done Mr Fish Place.

Very nice fish and chips, but it's not consistent so guys please don't serve anything else that you wouldn't have to sacrifice your quality over quantity for as you did over the May bank holiday. We were all disappointed in bringing the family over,trust is earned not given. 5 stars for previous visits
