It was such a beautiful view, and we loved watching people pass by, seeing children and dogs enjoying themselves, and taking in the relaxed, happy atmosphere. The oysters and scallops were absolutely tantalising — fresh, full of flavour, and the perfect way to work up an appetite. The service was wonderful too; everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. A perfect spot for fresh seafood, beautiful surroundings, and kind-hearted people who make the whole experience even more special. Highly recom

I understand it’ a fish restaurant but I still wish they had more salad options. Yesterday was 33 degrees and I could only eat something refreshing such as salad.

And love the ambiance in the restaurant, the history and pictures in the wall tells lots of stories. We ordered lots of starters so we can try out everything. We had oysters, 3 crab starters (dressed crab, potted crab and one baked in cheese), 2 mussels dish (white wine & a cider one), lobster, scallops. All superbly cooked. We had lots of sourdough toast to dip into the sauce. Yum!!
Charlie Jinks★★★★★Stopped here on a Saturday and made a last minute reservation. The restaurant itself is really nice and right on the beachfront. The decor inside is very fitting and is aesthetically pleasing. We had the scallops and three cheese baked crab gratin for starters and shared the cod with some sides. All the food was delicious, definitely on the upper end of prices but it tasted like good quality. I would go back for sure next time
