Family went for dinner to this awesome pub. Beer was cold and the food was great. I had the steak and ale pie....it was amazing. I'd never had mashed peas before. They were fine...id probably get regular peas. Not a knock on the mashed pea prep...just weren't for me. Good value for the money as well.

The food was good. Unfortunately, they did not ask us how we want our burgers (medium-rare, well done etc.). The buns were cold. Burgers come with barbecue sauce. My burger was pretty rare but very tasty. They have a lovely Festive Menu this time of year. We also had a very tasty veggie burger. I will be back.
