Tried visiting at 11:00am, but the doors were locked. Five minutes later, the manager let us in, apologising and saying they were the new manager and that the tills weren’t set up yet. We then tried ordering at the kiosk, but it wouldn’t work tills were switched on until around 11:20am. After waiting nearly an hour, we finally left with just a Gravy Mega Box and the new BBQ Burger Meal. Despite the long wait, the order was still wrong. Each of three times we have ordered with Uber, a majority of food is missing on delivery. Drivers don’t seem to care and won’t go back for the rest. A refund for missing items doesn’t help with the half meal delivered and other items missing. Today no chips, no sides, no popcorn chicken. Also almost every bit of chicken was a leg - along with two wings - no premium piece of chicken delivered. It was all cold and coating had slid from many bits . KFC is an excellent restaurant for many reasons, but one in particular made my dining experience there exceptional; it was the great service provided by a staff member named Dania❤️😌. She served us in a highly efficient manner and ensured that all our needs were taken care of quickly and effectively. However, the thing that impressed me most about her was the polite and courteous way she treated us.Definitely I will come back again because of her❤️✨

Hi, I visited your KFC today and spent nearly £30 on a meal. I have to say it was the worst KFC experience I have ever had. The food quality was absolutely terrible and most of it could not be eaten. The biggest concern was finding a bone inside my fillet chicken burger, which should not happen. The rest of the food was also poor quality and very disappointing. Considering how much I spent, I feel this was completely unacceptable and I would like a full refund. I hope you will investigate this issue and ensure standards are improved so other customers do not have the same experience. I loo
