Traditional English Fish and Chips at its best. Stopped in for take away to eat in the park after walking to Saint Catherine's Hill. The meal was just as delightful as the walk. My wife and I ordered the regular size haddock and fries and were initially surprised at the portion size. There is no way we could have finished if we had bought one each. On top of the large portion size, the food was amazing. The fish was tasty and cooked to perfection!! Crispy light battered and fresh flaky white fish added to the nicely salted chips could not have been more satisfying. You will not find a better v

Really beautiful food. Chips wonderful. Fish best I’ve ever had. But if you walk away from there needing a kebab then something has gone wrong. There were 16 chips on my plate. And that number’s generous. I spent £30 there and £8 for the kebab up the road. A good candidate for the fast 800 diet.

Took a day trip out to Winchester and wanted some casual fish and chips. The service from the very start was top notch and made us feel like valued diners at a fine restaurant. The staff were attentive, polite and very accomodating to our questions and requests. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience and the food was wonderful too. Definitely recommend these guys and big shout out to the staff (especially Tara) for their excellent hospitality service!
