We visited last night at 9pm and were served by a member of staff named Oana, whose behaviour unfortunately ruined what could have been a pleasant evening. From the moment we arrived, she was unwelcoming and rude. Despite the restaurant being almost completely empty —with only one other table occupied — she told us to wait outside instead of seating us. Last night, I went to Zizzis with my best friend and we had a very long day and thought we’ll treat ourselves. Zizzis is a great place and I am a regular there. Tom who serves me most of the times, is amazing as always. However, they had this lady manager who I haven’t seen before (new probably?) wasn’t very welcoming. We asked for some parmesan cheese (as most Italian restaurants have parmesan to go on their food) and she said “This is not Parmesan” not in a very nice way.
