Went to Burger King in Wishaw for a nice, reliable meal. However, upon ordering and receiving my food my expectations were blown profoundly out of the water primarily due to the outstanding efficiency, accuracy and precision of the one-of-a-kind chef Alan. I have been coming to this BK for some time now for the drive through, and the customer service has always nothing short of excellent. The pleasant manners of the cheerful staff have came to be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of visiting. Ryan more often than not on drive through is always keen to please, but the other staff have always been a genuinely pleasant experience. The food is burger king, what else is there to say, it's what we want sometimes. The customer service is what we want ALL the time.
