Ordered seniors fish and chips today (27/3/26) we picked it up at 5.15 approx . The portion was very good . It was awful , the batter was overdone , I think the fish had been there awhile it had a yellowish tinge to it . The chips were mainly small left over chips and were lukewarm. I think I was given something that had been there awhile and they wanted to get rid of . They can be excellent but tonight they weren’t .

Well i tested this chippy and the one across the road and i have to say i prefer this one .The haddock i had was massive and the chips were decent too nothing came drippinng of oil i will deffinately come again. Also just like to point out Ibrahim that works there seems a sound guy- made a genuine effort to make conversation and seems to take pride in the food and aiming for good reviews and happy customers.
