Overall a pleasant experience. My first time to dine here as i've heard it's the local's go-to thai spot. Price is reasonable. Spacious toilets. Staff are courteous (though maybe too much bec they asked how the food was around 4x during our meal). Food is served fast as well.

I recently purchased a takeaway here. One main dish at £16. Rice £3.50. Was so tasteless and bland. I’ve always heard such good things about the place though. I complained the following day but the staff didn’t want to know. They just kept repeating we never have complaints! No offer of a voucher or part refund etc. Dreadful customer relations.

Since we moved here in Witney and tried Suwanna it's always worth coming back. Very authentic delicious & tasty thai food. Friendly and courteous staff except the old lady. Great ambience. Good for a dinner or night cap with friends and family. Really a must try!
