For some reason we were less than keen to visit this restaurant yet today's first visit has turned out to be a pleasant surprise. First all the restaurant offers fairly authentic Chinese food - forget about the high street take away stores. Nonetheless authentic is a word being abused by many other restaurants nowadays. We visited Panda Restaurant for lunch and were thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent, with generous portions that offered great value for money. Prices are very reasonable, making it a solid choice for both quality and affordability. Service was warm and highly attentive, though at times it felt a little chaotic, perhaps due to the lunchtime rush. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and eager to help. The restaurant was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. A great spot for a casual meal with flavour and good service. Would definitely return.

Pleasantly surprised by the food and their portion as well. We ordered the mala fish for two pax and it was amazing. Authentic chinese flavour, not your usual British takeaway style. Will be back!
