I was extremely satisfied with the customer service/food quality I received today from this branch of Nando’s. My order was ready extremely fast but also fresh at the same time. A combination rare to find together! Lewis in particular made sure I was taken care of, and regularly checked in with me to make sure I was okay. I really appreciate that. We have been frequent customers ordering from this particular Nandos for years, and despite them often messing up orders in some way, today it was unacceptable. I received a burger with black & mouldy avocado on it. it was very obviously rotten. Another family member had cheese put on his burger which it didn’t even come with originally, and he has an intolerance/mild allergy and could not eat the burger. they often put tomatoes which he also cannot eat and therefor spoil the order. but this time, it’s absolutely disgusting. we aren’t ones to complain much but we can’t ignore this. called cust
