⭐ 1 Star Absolutely disgusting experience. Last night alone I killed four flies before going to bed, and another six were in the room when I woke up this morning. Wondering where they were coming from, I checked around the window and found dozens of dead flies, along with many more still alive. It was clear this wasn’t a one-off incident but an ongoing problem that had not been properly dealt with. I reported the issue to the duty manager, Lenzi, and was shocked by the response. She was rude, dismissive and completely unapologetic. She couldn’t even be bothered to come and inspect the room

Very friendly helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean and fairly recently refurbished. It is located next to the Grand Station wedding venue which was ideal for us.

We booked an early check-in for 11 but had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be finished so the lovely lady in the restaurant allowed us a free coffee and breakfast croissant which was very nice 😋. Rooms clean and comfy.

This is what it is- a city centre hotel next to main roads and a train station. In that sense it has great links. Its a modern and well maintained hotel. It has a reteraunt next door which is serves standard Premier Inn fare. Again a clean and well maintained place. The staff were all polite and helpful,just felt like they were under pressure in the resteraunt. In saying that, the only lady who was working when I was there in the evening did a great job.
