I absolutely love the decorations and the style inside since the redecoration (last year I think.) I have often gone in for dinner as well, highly recommend the strawberry lemonade, hot chocolate, brie and bacon panini, bacon sandwich and croissant. I don't use the toilets so can't comment but it's always been clean in the seating are with plenty of seating available (comfortable too). 4 stars because it is a bit pricey, you'd
