I visited this MacDonalds about 3 weeks ago, I placed my order and had to wait approximately 15 minutes for it to arrive (I wasn't the only one) when it arrived I drove a mile or two then pulled over to eat. My order was incorrect, I ordered a McCrispy and received a spicy McCrispy, no problem, I like spice. However the burger looked like it had been cooked a week ago, very dry and very thin, the coffee was like hot watery milk, but the fries were ok. Staff chatting with each other. Standing there waiting. 10min wait for food. Staff didn't look very interested, went back to chatting and laughing. Service poor , meal wasn't great but for the price and normally easy with drive-through.

We arrived at McDonald’s in Yeovil for lunch and we went up to the self checkout machines. First off the machines were okay but very laggy and weren’t accepting simple commands and duplicating things almost wasting our money. The service was very good which was pleasing, but I open my burger box and my mc-crispy was absolutely drenched in mayo. It’s literally as if the sauce bottle exploded all over the bun, not only that all of the lettuce was sliding out because of the chunks of mayo.
