I am very disappointed with my recent visit to 9Spring Café in Yeovil. I regularly visit with my autistic client, who is non-verbal and vulnerable, and we have always enjoyed coming here in the past. On this occasion, we were served by a young blonde member of staff whose attitude came across as rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the moment we arrived.
