Food wasn’t worth the hype. Pork belly starter was really overcooked and dry, crackling chewy and tough. Roast beef underseasoned, greens bland, chicken also overcooked and unevenly seasoned. Whilst food was 5/10, saving grace was the 10/10 sticky toffee pudding.

Went with friends for a Sunday lunch, the decor was funky and the service was great. We had the 3 course menu and everything was presented beautifully, and the meat was tender. Bit more of an occasion Sunday roast, but worth the price

We held our wedding reception here in December 2025. We wanted an intimate wedding party with great food and that is exactly what we got. Ben and all of the team were great with us from start to finish and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Nearly all of our guests have commented on the quality of the food for both the daytime and the evening guests. Ben and Taylor made everything so easy for us. The day before our wedding Taylor was even able to sit down for five minutes in the middle of a busy service of a large Christmas party just to go over our table arrangements etc Thanks again!

We visited here mid month and had a mixed experience. The steak (200/300g) was excellent and cooked perfectly medium rare, and the waiter was polite and attentive. However, the beef tartare was disappointing with very little actual beef, and the dessert options were quite limited for the day. although presentation across the dishes was very good. The main issue was the end experience . For two people, it came to nearly £175 for two dishes, a bottle of water and one drink, which places it firmly in the higher end for the area.
