In the heart of Chinatown. Mom and Pop Vietnamese restaurant. Dont expect anything fancy here with about 10 tables. The food is the star here. Home style, authentic Vietnamese dishes. I tried the Pho. The broth is clear, but full beefy flavor. The spices is not overpowering at all. Generous portions of meats. The rice noodles are cooked perfectly. Herbs and vegetables are fresh. Had a wonderful meal here! This is a family-run restaurant, and you can tell that quality food and genuine hospitality really matter to them. I ordered the oxtail pho, and the meat was incredibly tender while the broth was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The fresh herbs were beautiful. Seeing culantro included was such a treat, and the bean sprouts were crisp and fresh. This has been our go to for great Vietnamese food! We have tried different kinds of pho, rice plates, and appetizers! Their is very tasty and another reason we like going here is it’s very clean! The smell of pho isn’t that strong like other Vietnamese restaurants! My son in law is Vietnamese and also enjoys coming here whenever they’re visiting.
