I was super excited to try this place since I've been gluten free for many years, and they had so many options but it wasn't ideal. I got the basic bagel egg Clasic Breakfast Sandwich (Gluten-Free), a loaf of crunchy french bread, the eclair, and the Cannoli (Gluten Free). The cannoli was AMAZING! So so good. Tasted amazing all around, the shell was perfect, which was good because I wasn't super thrilled with the eclair, it was ok but just not quite was I was hoping for, the donut part was a bit tough like maybe a little over cooked. Absolutely heavenly! This place was sent by all the gods and goddess' from another plane of existence to rescue us celiacs from the boredom that is "just a salad" from anywhere and everywhere. The taste of everything I've tried is absolutely amazing and the textures are truly divine 🪽✨ Thank you Rise bakery, I cannot wait to take goodies to the next gathering of my friends to prove how good gluten-free can be!!

A great local place dedicated to serving delicious gluten-free goods, and more than just the easy-to-make items! They also serve sandwiches and paninis that look good. There are two smalls tables if you wanted to eat in, but I wouldn’t call it spacious. The staff was very kind.

I visited DC recently and was thrilled to realize there was a gluten-free bakery near my hotel. I ended up eating at Rise FOUR TIMES. I recommend the cheese-herb biscuit egg sandwich! I also had a lemon bar, which was delicious. But seriously, don't miss the biscuit breakfast sandwich. I can't believe they can make GF biscuits that don't fall apart!
