First time here, and we stopped in during the Bears game last night when the place was absolutely packed. They didn’t have any tables available, but the owner (or host) was kind enough to grab a high-top table and seat us in one of their rooms, which we really appreciated. Came into get wings and beer polish bartender greeted me and my friend but never came to our table I waited and waved but nothing so I called the business phone and asked to place order her excuse was she did t see us sit down yea ok you greeted us when we came in she kept saying I have no servers that’s not my problem do your job food is good here though but I’ll never come on Saturday at this time

We came for the xtreme bingo and the funnel fries because they are amazing! It was an absolutely horrible experience due to there only being one server and cook on an EXTREMELY busy night. I DO not blame the server .... but come on plan better if you know there is going to be an event that draws more people in. Waiting almost 20 min to order drinks and another 30 to order our food. Then almost an hour for our food to come out. Again I DO not blame our waitress. We could see she was busy. management needs to do better or their customers and the staff.
