The food is middle of the road. What makes a two star instead of a three star review is some of the food is very overpriced. I ordered the Japchae ($19.59), 2 sotteok ( $3.59 ea), and MoPo corndogs ($5.79 ea). The sotteok’s sausage was super salty and the Japchae container was half- full. I would think twice before wasting my money.

Probably one of the best spots for chicken in the entire valley however the service is trash especially tonight on Dec 31. The server lady never shows up to ask if we needed anything , asked for my card without ever brining me the bill and lastly threw the pen when giving me my receipt. Ate here before and service was trash as well but it feels these workers just don’t really want to be there. Weird environment but maybe it’s best you do takeout to avoid all the drama.

Came here a couple years ago and the food was not good. Went back today because I thought maybe, with all the reviews, the chicken had gotten better but no. The legs were either old or fried so hard they appeared to be old. It's difficult to make a chicken leg dry but all 4 of them were and fried extra extra hard. Definitely not the Bonchon I used to have in CA. Never again.

It’s been about a year and a half since we ate here last. Last time it was great service and food. This time we waited about 10 minutes in a fairly empty (6 people) store to be seated. Then after being seated nothing for the next 15-20 minutes. We left and went somewhere else. There was only 2 people working, one in the kitchen and one assisting in the kitchen and taking door dash orders. Hopefully it’s just a one off day. 🤷‍♂️
