Food is always good but lately service kinda sucks. Asked for extra jalapeños, was only give 2 and a very small one. Fries were a little burnt but still edible. This used to be such a great chic fi la, it’s sad that the quality of it went down. Hope they can improve.

Their breakfast is still decent but this was inexcusable. I don't know if it was just my order or if they're making sandwiches like this now, but I remember from the last few times I've had their chicken sandwiches, the chicken used to be as big as, if not bigger than the bun. Really disappointing. (Chicken, Egg, & Cheese Sandwich BTW)

In the 5 years I've had to visit here far more frequently than I'd like to admit, they've gotten 4 orders wrong, and the mistakes were minor. For fast food in today's world, that alone gets them 5 stars. Their drive-thru times have improved dramatically too, with the mobile drive-thru being the only way we order anymore. The food is a matter of opinion, but Chic-Fil-A to Chick-Fil-A, this location has great quality. No complaints!

Unbelievable. If you order delivery from their app the menu prices are higher than dining in or picking up. They say "hey we've rewarded you with free delivery!" But you end up spending more because the delivery fee is so low and the menu prices are so much higher (plus the tip for the driver, which is fine obviously). I know everyone else does it, but this is such a disgraceful business practice
