The food is amazing, that's about it. For starters, their food is way overpriced for what you're getting; $30 for a 12 pack of cookies is not worth it. Their delivery service is terrible, I ordered a pint of ice cream and a 12 pack of cookies for my pregnant wife and I never received my cookies and when I called them they never sent them out, I also never got a refund for my cookies even though I requested it. They are all about their "warm cookie delivery" but The past two times I received cookies from them they were delivered to me by an unmarked vehicle and the cookies were ice cold. I did

Akron Roller Derby rolled in here with no notice at around 8:30 tonight. The worker was super polite, chill, and cranked out our massive order in no time at all! We will definitely be back, because ICE CREAM IS FOR WINNERS AND WE LOVE TO WIN!

We have been going to insomnia cookies for months now. The staff over there is very nice, they always welcome us warm smiles and make sure our order is taken care of asap. I will tell you this, the people working there work long hours, so if you find them a little disinterested in making conversations with you, know that they are just tired. And probably have been on their feet all day. We always go there and talk very nicely with the staff and over time, people who did not converse with us starting having conversations. Be kind and be nice, and they’ll pay it back. All in all, great place.

First time ordering delivery from Insomnia. Ordered a six pack of cookies . The order never arrived although the store claimed it was delivered. I even went and checked my neighbors doors just in case it was delivered to the wrong door. Nothing. Guess I won’t be doing that ever again as I’m out $36 with no refund.
