First of all, it’s a chick fil a so as usual the parking lot is a disaster. I do t know why no one can figure this out. Every single location including newly renovated. This drive through is particularly jacked up. Left lane can’t be turned in a vehicle over medium size. Do not pull no in here with a trailer of any kind. Value continues to get lesser and smaller for increased prices. 3.15 for chicken biscuit that was too small. I know it’s not this location. They cook what corporate sends them. Tasted great and super great employees.

My experience at Chick-fil-A in Alabaster was great! I had a wonderful visit, and I would especially like to give a shout-out to Chris, who was working the drive-thru and took our order. Wonderful food served quickly by wonderful people. While the drive-through is faster than dining in or ordering inside for takeout, you won't be waiting longer than 5 to 10 minutes tops. If you need anything, they are quick to assist you. Lovely place.

Mistakes at Chik Fil A are rare, so when they do happen, it is very disappointing. Staff was friendly as usual, but the gentleman taking my order was either hard of hearing or took it upon himself to reduce my calories. Instead of a large sweet tea and a 12 count of nuggets, I was given a medium tea and an 8 count of nuggets. The tea was fixed at the window, but I didn't discover the wrong nugget count until I was home. Maybe Chik Fil A should adopt a policy of repeating the order back to the customer to confirm?
