You know, I usually enjoyed coming to this place before work, and I hate writing this review but I just haven’t had very pleasant experiences lately and so far it feels like the unpleasant experiences have outnumbered the positive ones. I understand as a barista myself that the job can be stressful, but there’s no excuse to be this negligent about putting dragonfruit inside my hot drink. When I realized, I felt queezy and disgusted. I’ve been dissapointed before when ordering drinks, like how it took nearly 30 minutes to get started on a caramel macchiato while there was nearly no one in store

Waited 20 minutes for a simple salad. It was clear no work was being done behind the counter until another employee moved from her station. There was a failure of communication and this location probably can't handle any kind of rush. The salad was fine

They removed the tables outside and replaced them with ugly standing ones. This just adds to the enshitification of our society and makes the guest experience worse. Workers were great as always. Stop making them promote your smoothies and tacos. It's creepy and inauthentic.
