Explain to me how I ordered an iced coffee and got hot. THE STICKER LITERALLY SAID ICED!!!!!!! The hot chocolate there tastes like hot water with a dash of chocolate syrup. The drinks are thick and nasty. The service there is terrible. The staff will straight up ignore you, act like you are terrible inconvenience. I will never ever ever go back. Way too pricey for such terrible drinks and awful service. They never answer their phone and when you go in to have them fix THEIR error they are incredibly rude. They offer no refunds, no kindness, and no care for their mistakes.

I had a really good experience here! Tried their donuts, cappuccino, and bagels, and everything was fresh, tasty, and served just right. The cappuccino was especially enjoyable, and the donuts were soft and delicious. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We have lived here for the past four years and have slowly watched this Dunkin location go from high-quality to extremely poor quality. The service used to be top-tier with how quick and efficient the drinks and food went out the drive-through. Now its the complete opposite. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive-through even with one to two cars. The workers seem understaffed and have poor attitudes. Dunkin’ has always been a family favorite, I’ve loved their coffee and donuts since the early 90s. Their coffee is one of my all time favorites, I’ve purchased their coffee for home brewing many times, it’s always a crowd pleaser. The breakfast items they offer are good but I’ve never understood why they sell all their items separately, they don’t offer combos.
