I would put no stars if I could the service horrible but most importantly I found this in my chicken it resembled cooked brains. It was so disgusting. I honestly think the employees need to pay attention to what they are frying

They forget stuff from my order everytime. This time I order 2 Mac n cheese bowls and only got one. I was on a rush back to work on base so I didn’t check until I got to base and so I called. I only expected to get 1 but the nice lady said she’d put me down for 2. I went a couple days later to get them and some larger lady with face tats gave me crap and said I need to know who I’m talking to on the phone next time if this happens again. Treating me like I’m a criminal stealing Mac n cheese bowls. I checked my order there this time and they forgot my CORN. I go inside and they already knew it.

Me and my wife were traveling and thinking a KFC, lets eat there. However due to dietary issues we haven't eaten fried chicken, or fast food in years. I just remembered it making me crave more... and this time I ate 1 chicken tender out of 5 and about 4 fries... wife ate 1 out of 2 prices of chicken... and we were both OK with tossing the rest... The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy, and none of it was... while they may have changed things. I just remembered it being better, so it was not great for us.

Ordered delivery off the app. Got the 12pc tenders meal. All the side were good. We were missing a biscuit and we did end up getting a lot of sauce which was nice. What sucked was opening the chicken container to find only two actual chicken strips and the rest seemed to be sliced up chicken patties/breast that were pretty old. Would have rather waited 10-15 more minutes for actual chicken strips
