Arzu is hands down one of the best Central Asian restaurants in the Chicago suburbs. Their Boso Lagman — hand-pulled noodles stir-fried with beef and vegetables — is exceptional. I’ve tried lagman at several local spots including Uyghur Lagman, and Arzu’s version is simply better: the noodles have the right chew, the sauce is bold and well-seasoned, and the portions are generous. We really liked this place overall and had a great dinner experience at Arzan Cafe. We ordered a variety of dishes to get a good sense of the menu, and it was definitely worth it. The **manty** (Central Asian-style dumplings with beef and onions) were very enjoyable — tender, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and was not disappointed. Food came out hot and it was so flavorful. The meat was very succulent and juicy and the noodles in the Lagman were chewy and filling. I loved the dumplings and the sauce that came with it was also very delicious. Definitely get a pot of tea if you can as it’s not too expensive and it can last you your whole meal plus they have a variety of different kinds of tea. I really enjoyed the fruit tea and was also able to add sugar if I wanted to. Parking can be a struggle here since the plaza has many cool businesses here but
