Yesterday, I walked up to the counter and a staff member took my order — the food was great. Today, I waited about a minute before a staff member came out only to tell me to use the kiosk, refusing to take my order. Meanwhile, other staff were sitting in their designated seating area. If staffing is an issue, please hire more people, or temporarily pause service instead of directing customers away and calling it Breaktime. Delicious Pho next door was my second option👌🏻

This location is adjacent to a store which makes the whole dining experience surrounded by noise and a busy environment. I opted to stand in line and order and yes, it's slow service. With respect to the service team, they handle the chaos one customer at a time. I now know that this location was consistently busy, I'll order online for my next visit. I had a Chickenjoy craving and decided to stop by this Jollibee location with my husband. It’s a convenient spot and easy to get to, with plenty of parking available. The area felt busy but manageable. This location has both a drive-thru and indoor seating, and we chose to dine in so we could enjoy everything fresh and hot.
