This is absolutely the worst Dunkin in the capital, all they do is gossip behind the counter and mess up orders. I ordered 45.00 of food thru Uber Eats the egg was missing off of my sandwich that was also not toasted. Last time it took me 30 mins to get my order from a restaurant 2 blocks away and I put priority?? Unacceptable‼️

They had 1 person working today maybe because its normally slow on Sundays 3 stars for now. I hope the employees getting paid better and hope to see this place thrive.

I had mocha small coffee and avocado toast for my lunch today, I literally omitted. The coffee was with only too much sugar and the guacamole was too much sour and tasted like very old and stored from so many days. Had very bad experience 😒

It was my first time ever at Dunkin Donuts!! And I’m not disappointed! While I had my layover Albany, I came over to try something good! I had the Grilled Tomato Pesto and Mango Pineapple Refresher! It was actually really good! I wish I could’ve asked to go easy on the ice, most of the cup was filled with the ice, but still it was really good!!! It’s very clean! Easy to find and staff is friendly! Only downside is they don’t have restroom or any hand washing station, but I will definitely visit again!!
