Only people here so Ordered 2 cups ice cream and a cup of ice.. paid , others came in one after another! well she said I'll get it now we stepped aside while she decides to help 6 other people then she forgot what we ordered she asked us what we got so we said it again I got a cup of little ice and water maybe it was a bad day or first day but we paid and should of been served before others with donuts coffee and other stuff

This Dunkin’ night shift was honestly horrible, terrible, rude, disrespectful, etc.. We went in around 20:00 sharp even though they close at 21:00 sharp , and they already had everything like shut down. They had no donuts left, the ice cream was out, and they were already cleaning everything early. Even my mom asked “do you guys not have ice cream?” And the young lady was just texting them said “no” like, rude much? The good service was for was great. The tables needed to be cleaned up a bit, but it wasn't horrible. Safe place to stop and eat at considering there were 5 APD vehicles outside and friendly officers inside taking break together. #EmbracingTheStereotype

Poor customer service just bunch of teenagers. Never have anything fresh NO BAGELS. I do not recommend this location. Sadly. Needs drive through and new management
