Place a online order tonight. When I get to the window they handed me a order slip with my name on and had me pull up from the window with no drinks. Never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything. I had (3) of meat with 3 boxes and kids meal. Me thinking im going have hot food. I WAITED FOR ALMOST 7 minutes to get my food and drinks. Which was wrong One of my order was missing item in one of the meat and 3 sides boxes and the chocolate milk for my daughter's meal I had to pull off and drive around the block to get my missing items and drink. Just as every other Arby's on this earth this one provides a tasty roast beef sandwich and phenomenal cheesiest of the cheesy cheese sticks. But this location provides the nicest and bestest customer service there is. Always greets you when entering and taking care of all your requests. Keep up the good work Allen Park Michigan Arby's. I ordered DoorDash from this store. They were out of brisket & when I called to. Inquire about this the manager claimed she was in the back helping make the food. Yet when I asked about why half my order was missing she had no answer for me. My dasher was not notified & she still sent out the order with half of it missing & I wasn’t even contacted with about a possible replacement. As a food service worker this is absolute poor management & I will not be ordering again. My restaurant would never send out half an order that’s still paid for without trying to contact the customer. Absolute wors
