Very disappointing breakfast experience, especially on my birthday. I placed a mobile order through the Burger King app for breakfast and picked it up through the drive-thru. At the speaker, I was told they were out of croissants and biscuits. I told them I had a mobile order under my name, and they just told me to drive up. No one clearly explained that my order would be changed or gave me the option to cancel. When I got home, both of my Croissan’wich sandwiches were made with hamburger buns instead of croissants. The worker that took my family's order was lazy and lied because he wanted to rush the line. I had to get a procedure done near by and sent the family for food next door. They were told they only could get apple juice with the kid's meals and they usually get diet coke because apple juice gives them diarrhea. So thanks to your lazy rushing and lying worker we had the poops. Worst customer service ever. The workers are mean and stuck up. I went to to the drive through and asked for a minute to think of my order I was the only person in line and the girl with red braids gave us extreme attitude and said “are you gonna order or not” with the stankest attitude ever. Everyone who works here needs to be fired. Spoke with management and they did nothing. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
