Saw a past review regarding the fish and chips and wanted to add an updated picture, hopefully redeeming them. There were 4 nice pieces of fish, delicious potato wedges and included an amazing Dijon mustard tasting dip on the side. The atmosphere was extremely quiet for a Tuesday afternoon, but the food was definitely worth it.

If you haven’t been here you need to go. Stopped in Allentown on a road trip and needed a decent dinner. The menu online was just so-so and I expected it to be typical bar food. I was wrong. There were so many choices it was hard to decide. I had the French onion soup which was so delicious and had lots of melted cheese on top. Could use a few more onions but still delicious as is. Ringers Roost is a bar & grill located on Liberty St. in Allentown. They are open Mon - Sat 11AM - 2AM and Sun 11AM - 12AM. The kitchen closes at 10:30. I came here for the first time with my buddy on Thursday for lunch. The service was good and the food was delicious. I ordered French onion soup, sautéed pierogies, and Parmesan peppercorn wings. The FOS was piping hot and packed with flavor. The pierogies had an excessive amount of butter/oil, but tasted great.
