Delicious Asian Resto in Allston. Really love the spices, and there were plenty tables for you to eat with your friends. We didn’t need to wait to be seated. I ate with my friends and recommended dishes were chicken capsichun & dry pot. the portion was big and it was enough for 4 pax. the cold tea or hot tea was refillable, and the ambient was nice to enjoy the afternoon with friends. the waitresses were nice and friendly.

This place seriously gets better and better. Most please kind of fizzle out, but not this place. This place is so consistently yummy and affordable. I still enjoy going there, as well as getting take out from there. The flavors are unmatched, and I definitely crave this place pretty frequently. Some friends and I recently got takeout from here, and I just wanted to give another shoutout to Mala for their delicious food. I used to order from this restaurant quite often, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The food was just okay overall, and one of the dishes did not seem fresh. However, the biggest issue was the service. The waitress was inattentive throughout the meal and provided very little service. When it was time to pay, I paid with my credit card and told them I would leave a cash tip. They did not listen and added a tip to my credit card without my permission. Although the service was poor, I still chose to leave a cash tip of more than 20%. What really bothered me was what happened

Came in on a Sunday evening when every other hot pot spot in Allston had lines out the door. This was the only place where we could sit right away. Based on the name, I assumed it was strictly a hot pot joint, but the menu was much broader. Standard QR code ordering system, food came out fast. Most of my friends recommended the dry pots, so we went with pork and beef versions, plus a regular pork hot pot for comparison. All pots come with six toppings by default (vegetables and noodles), with proteins as add-ons. Even with extras, each pot was under $25, and the portions were huge. The regula
