This location definitely needs training in customer service and maintaining a clean space. The staff lacked personality and didn't help us when we showed up. We waited by the sign that said please wait to be seated. The staff said they would let us know when we could order. We waited patiently. A group walked around us and ordered at the register. The staff let that happen a few more times before we just waited behind the others. It's a mess. All the sauces, napkins and utensils were empty at about 6pm. The empty tables were covered in sauces. Food is great but they will literally make you wait for your food so they can serve people that ordered after you before you. Go to a different franchise of this business and not this location. Absolutely garbage customer service, especially when the cashier and her helper laugh at you when you ask why the 10 people who ordered their food after you ordered already got their food while you’re still waiting.

The food here is good, especially the pulehu chicken (for those like us from the islands, it closely resembles huli huli chicken). But twice now, we've ordered a side green salad and twice it was screwed up - the first time, they forgot it completely and the second, they didn't include the dressing, just large pieces of wet, soggy lettuce. A little attention to detail please, especially when we leave you good tips.
