BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE! I am beyond disappointed, my family and I had been coming here for years since it was even Luv 2 Play. I hadn’t been here in awhile and it’s DISGUSTING. If it wasn’t for my tickets probably not being refundable from Groupon and my daughter being so excited for her bday I would’ve walked out. The place smelled so bad like pee, feet, and just old (probably mold). The mats are buckling and my 1 1/2 year old kept tripping. Men’s bathroom was disgusting. Everything is falling apart. Do not come here. Absolutely filthy. The foam tiled floors are black from filth. The jungle gym is dark with minimal lighting. Many parts of the jungle gym had broken sections, unsafe netting, ripped netting leaving holes for small children to fall through. There are no toys at all in the wooden play houses. The wood play area is falling apart. There are no foot coverings for the bathroom. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. I’m not sure how anyone is okay lying in the reviews when it comes down to your children’s safety. Our children deserve better !!! This is unacceptable.

I took my two-year-old niece to a birthday party. I noticed several safety and cleanliness issues that concerned me. - **Trampoline hazard:** The trampoline had a noticeable tear/slit. I had to remove her from it **twice**. - **Adult supervision/support:** There was **not enough proper seating for adults**, making it harder to supervise safely. - **Dirty floors / sanitation:** The floors appeared **consistently dirty**, likely due to high traffic. This place was incredibly dirty. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I was hit with a strong weed smell. Unfortunately, my daughter was already eager to get out, so we decided to go inside anyway. The dramatic play area was nothing more than wooden houses, with no toys. Everywhere I looked, I found balls from the “ball pit,” which was completely empty . If I could, I would give this place zero stars.
