Great first experience getting takeout from this KFC location! I parked and walked in to order from the counter. I was in and out super fast, maybe only three minutes. That was the fastest fast food service that I can remember. My whole life KFC has been comfort food. It was the only chain restaurant in the tiny town that I grew up in. Ordered an eight piece bucket and two hot honey biscuit. Asked for plates and a fork. Received the chicken and one hot honey biscuit. No plates. No fork. Called to see how could fix the problem of only receiving one biscuit. Had to speak to two people and repeat the problem. Hector made me feel like I was bothering him. Told me their system only showed I ordered one. Online it's sold as two as I see on my receipt. Maybe it's an "order of two". He told me to go online to remedy the situation. No apology and at first just wants to dismiss it as "our system shows one". How rude.

I went to KFC today after a long time, hoping to enjoy some crispy chicken. However, my dinner experience turned out to be disappointing. They served me a very old chicken burger that was ready within minutes of placing the order. The patty was chewy and tasteless. When I complained and asked for a freshly made burger, they took 15 minutes to prepare it. The taste of the fresh burger was much better, closer to what I expected from Burger King. This is old chicken that I was given at store C004007 820 N Lake Ave. The chicken was cold and visibly old. They gave me old chicken. I went back and asked for fresh chicken. She gave attitude saying it’s just going to be the same and it’s not old. I asked for my money back and she said she can’t because I had eaten the biscuit already. The. offered store credit. I would rot in hell before eating anything at that store. I’ve never had a bad experience at KFC and have been going here quite often for YEARS.
