If I could give it a zero star, I would. Never order here. I ordered a “ Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, My sandwich had NO BACON. I also ordered “ Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread Cinnamon Raisin with Strawberry Cream, and I got my order with CHEDDAR cheese! I ordered a side of bacon and it came undercooked! This location do not need to be in business if y’all can’t understand a simple task.

My bagels were still frozen and I returned them and they heated them up and gave me back the same ones that I had bitten into, the Male worker manger told another worker to do it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They are 3 people working here super slow every single one of them!!!!! They let other people before us we have been here for over 45 min wait and they haven’t seen us at all we are still in line and its not busy at all! What a horrible service management needs to step in!!

Came into dunkin' donuts at 6:57 a.m. April 2nd 2026 I acknowledge myself and say good morning to a man employee I also let him know I was picking up my order. The young man didn't say nothing to me looked at me and kept walking. He came back and I said something again and he ignored me. Didn't speak one word, the other person in the store was the woman she came over and helped me but I explained to her that I said something to this young man and he has not acknowledged me. Not only did I walk in and say good morning to the young man I also gave him my name of the order. Bad customer service
